TII becomes a Signatory Company of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security service providers.

October 2011

TII trains the Port of New Orleans Harbor Police, Department of Homeland Security, and US Coast Guard Sector New Orleans in counter-terrorism, underwater IED detection, and evidence recovery.

August 2011

APL Maritime, LTD awards TII a contract to conduct vulnerability assessments on nine SUEZMAX vessels.

July 2011

TII trains the FBI's Underwater Search and Evidence Recovery Team in emergency response using state-of-the-art 3D Sonar Technology. Training was conducted near Quantico, VA.

June 2011

TII trains the the Boston PD Harbor Patrol Unit in Underwater IED detection and Evidence Recovery.

May 2011

TII holds the world's first Armed Vessel Security Officer Training Course in Tampa, Florida. Attended by former US Military personnel and taught by instructors with real-world experience, the course sets a new standard in the industry for Armed Security personnel aboard ships. This course will be offered monthly for internal company compliance and quality assurance.

February 2011

TII establishes a partnership with Omnis-Ellas (www.omnis-ellas.gr) further expanding international maritime security operations with the Greek Ship Owners and Management companies. TII is scheduled to open a base of operations in Athens, Greece by July 2011.

TII is selected to provide Vulnerability Assessments, Crew Training, and install piracy deterrents on merchant vessels operated by APL Maritime, LTD. Tasks included emergency response procedures, intelligence briefings, and anti-piracy planning to crew and Ship's Management Team for all US flagged vessels operating in high-risk areas.

March 2009

TII provides Anti-Piracy Training and Site Surveys to Research Vessels operating in the Gulf of Guinea off the coast of Nigeria.

January 2009

TII is awarded a contract to provide combat marksmanship and tactical driving training to 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and Hunter Airfield, Savannah, GA.
